Interior Design and Decor
From a complete remodel including kitchen and bathroom design to refreshing a tired room, I offer design services to make a space more functional, comfortable and aesthetically beautiful. Services can include paint/color selection, cabinet/closet design, lighting, architectural decor elements, furniture selection, and deck/patio design.
Owner’s Representative
As an owner’s rep, I can coordinate a remodel from helping the client gather and evaluate general contractor proposals to supervising the entire project. Services can include evaluating scope of the project, helping client with design and choice of materials, being present on site to make design decisions with regard to all aspects of remodel, and helping to ensure the project is completed to high standards and in a timely fashion.
Staging
Having worked in marketing for many years coupled with my design background, I can assist owner in getting their property ready for sale. How the property presents itself to prospective buyers can make all the difference in obtaining the best price for the seller.
